Gold Announces 2015 Program

gold_100x100Gold Drum and Bugle Corps, a program of Gold Youth Arts Organization, is excited to announce its 2015 production “POP STAR.”

Featuring a talented cast from across America and from around the world, Gold is once again trailblazing the field with a whole new look and sound. With new horns and percussion equipment from our partners at Jupiter and Mapex, Gold is celebrating its 10th anniversary season with the best equipment in the business.

“For this year’s show, musical director Scott Director and percussion arrangers Rich Hinshaw and Joe Millea are pushing the limits of how a drum corps can sound. It’s cool, contemporary, and going to be a ton of fun for the 2015 cast to perform,” says Gold’s program director Dr. Donald Flaherty.

With plenty of surprises in store for audiences this summer, Gold is looking forward to kicking off its next decade of excellence in performance. We’re taking things up a notch and turning up the volume.
