“What an incredible night it was! We had a sellout crowd in the stands,” said Sacramento Mandarins Drum & Bugle Corps representative, Linda Downs. “Smiles and cheers for all of our drum corps members who have worked so hard and traveled so far to demonstrate to our community the impact drum corps has on our youth of all ages.”

Downs is referring to last year’s Mandarins and Drum Corps International (DCI) Capital Classic concert; a high energy, music and cultural filled event that will celebrate its fourth year in the city on July 5.
