In The News – Top Drum Corps Offers Electrifying Performances At Heedum Field
A lively crowd sat in the bleachers as seven of the top drum and bugle corps in the country performed during the Drums Across Nebraska event held Monday evening at Heedum Field.
Sponsored by the non-profit organization Drum Corps International, thousands of students ages 16-21 audition to make one of 26 corps that travel around the country putting on as many as 30 shows in a summer.
