Pacific Crest Introduces 2016 Brass Caption Head
We are pleased to announce Luis Cardenas Casillas as our 2016 Brass Caption Head.
Luis is a graduate student at UCLA, a teaching assistant for the marching band under the direction of Gordon Henderson, and former instructor of Phantom Regiment.
