Carolina Crown Dash For Cash Raffle Winners Drawn At Camp

Unexpected expenses can take a toll on a non-profit like Carolina Crown. Each year we plan our budget and set out to raise funds to meet the needs of each program. One of the major expenses the Crown organization faces every year is transportation. From renting tour buses, to paying drivers, to fuel, to maintenance, transportation costs make up nearly 25% of the yearly Crown Drum Corps operating budget. As long as vehicles run well and there are no surprises, we have a plan to cover these expenses. This summer, we were hit with the unexpected.
