In The News – Local Drum Corps Gears Up For Open Class Designation

Although they have only been established for about a year, Odessa’s drum and bugle corps is moving fast. It’s applying for a higher designation in Drum Corps International, recruiting more members and has unveiled a new name and website.

Executive Director Jasper Miranda said Horizon Drum and Bugle Corps, as it is now known, should know by late April or early May whether it has achieved the open class designation with Drum Corps International.
