A moment of silence, for the Hamilton Firefighters Drum Corps.

It blew its last fanfare, beat its last tap and roll, stamped its last march, in November last year.

Maybe silence isn’t the best observance. Maybe we should make some noise, do a file past. It’s what they did for us, over many transits of the sun and moon (55 years) through which the band endured, a great ambassadorial force for Hamilton.
