Perry, Sheller, And Czech To Lead Scouts In 2016

madison_scouts_100x100The Madison Scouts are pleased to introduce the 2016 drum majors Eric Perry, Zach Sheller, and Nathan Czech.

J J Award Eric Perry World Class 2015Eric Perry (20), of Hurst, Texas is marching his forth season for the Scouts and serving his third and final year as drum major. Previously he marched trumpet in 2013. Eric studies music education at University of Texas at Arlington where he plays trumpet for several ensembles, including the UTA Jazz Orchestra and UTA Wind Symphony. He is an active private teacher in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is on staff of a Texas all-state marching band. He aspires to be a high school band director in Texas. In 2015, Eric was selected for Drum Corps International’s Jim Jones Leadership award, the third Scouts drum major to receive that honor over the past 5 years.
