Band Director’s Workshop Added To Phantom Regiment’s Educational Programs

The Phantom Regiment has become known worldwide for putting together passionate shows that are entertaining and competitive. And for years, band directors have been asking for a workshop where they could have access to our staff and our way of doing things.

We have now added to our Educational Programs a Band Director’s Workshop where directors can now come and learn from the Phantom Regiment designers and instructors as well as some of the best educators from the high school and college world.

DeKalb from Above – NIU – TOCThis workshop also includes interactive sessions with the Phantom Regiment design team and caption heads, as well as being able to see how we implement these techniques while observing rehearsal with the Phantom Regiment.

The workshop takes place the weekend of the Tour of Champions show at NIU’s Huskie Stadium! Registration in the workshop also includes a VIP ticket to the show at the conclusion of the workshop. The show will be a great way to sit back and enjoy after a weekend of learning!

As an added bonus, we’ve partnered with School of Music and Dr. Thomas Bough at Northern Illinois University. For those who enroll in NIU’s MUED 680, Section 1: Workshop in Music: Marching Band Techniques class that meets July 11-14 from 12 PM to 2 PM, you will ALSO be enrolled in Regiment’s Band Director’s Workshop as well, including all the benefits of our workshop! Phantom Regiment has been producing successful, fun & educational experiences for students since 2003. The Regiment’s drive for excellence in the competitive arena is just as strong in the educational arena. We offer: Brass Camp; Color Guard Camp; Drum Camp; and Drum Major Camp.
