Blue Knights Announce J.P. Herring Scholarship Recipients

The Blue Knights are pleased to announce recipients of the J.P. Herring Scholarship for 2016. These two recipients have contributed greatly to the Blue Knights family’s over the years and we are proud to recognize their hard work.

Samuel Anderson has been a common sight with the Blue Knights since he joined the corps in 2013 where he started marching with the contra section and is aging out this year. In 2013 Sam was named the “Most Improved Rookie”. Sam is often at the corps hall playing, cleaning or helping repair brass instruments. Sam is often helping out with events such as the Friendship Cup, Bingo and anytime help is needed.
