In The News – Drum Corps Tour Stops In Lakeland

There will about 1,500 men and women taking and executing their carefully crafted marching orders Saturday, July 9.

Southeastern University’s Victory Field will rhythmically resonate with sound and pageantry when for the first time the university and Polk County become the site for the Drum Corps International Central Florida tour event. DCI, formed in 1972, is the nonprofit governing body for junior drum and bugle corps in the U.S. and Canada.
