In The News – Why Kewanee Is A ‘Drum Corps Town’
Last week Wethersfield High School provided facilities for the fifth year for a layover by a touring drum and bugle corps. Each year the corps members and staff are surprised to see a crowd in the stands watching them rehearse and run through their show.
WHS band director Jay Hagaman says he always tells them Kewanee is a “drum corps town” and we just love having them here.
