In The News – Winning Wausau Drum Corps Reunites

The Wausau Story and Pages Drum Corps reconvened for the first time since the 1980’s last Thursday.

The drum corps, which was founded in 1971, was a collection of students ages 14 to 21 in the Wausau area and beyond. Some members drove to Wausau from as far as Appleton to take part in its musical endeavors.

That is probably the reason that the corps was able to claim the Class A first place victory at the Drum Corps International World Championship in 1976, with a record score of 76.20.
