Bluecoats Are DCI World Champions
After 44 years of operation, the 2016 Bluecoats are Drum Corps International World Champions. On Saturday, August 13th, 2016 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, the corps walked away with its first ever gold medal, scoring 97.650 in it’s final competition of the season. “Down Side Up” was a program that will forever change the Bluecoats organization, and the entire drum corps activity.
