BlueDevils_100x100 Founded in 2001, RCC officially became a program of BD Performing Arts in 2014. The ensemble serves approximately 45 talented and committed performers each year and competes in the World Class of the Southern California Percussion Association (SCPA) and Winter Guard International (WGI).

Throughout its existence, RCC has thrived on its cutting edge creativity and performance excellence to become one of the most exciting and successful indoor ensembles in the world.
