Fuentes Named As 2017 Madison Scouts Visual Caption Head

The Madison Scouts welcome Jay Fuentes as the visual caption head for the 2017 season. A native of Southern California, Jay is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside where he majored in Political Science and Philosophy. Jay has been part of the visual team of Blue Devils B since 2013 and served as their Caption Manager in 2015 and Caption Head in 2016. He is an alumnus of the Pacific Crest, Riverside City College (RCC) Marching Tigers, and aged out of the DCI World Champion Blue Devils in 2012.
