Frank Sullivan Returns To Blue Stars
The Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corps is thrilled to announce the return of Frank Sullivan as Brass Arranger for the 2017 season.
“I am beyond excited to welcome back Frank Sullivan to the Blue Stars. His immense talent and artistry as a composer and brass specialist, combined with his history with the corps, makes him an absolutely incredible addition to the 2017 design team,” said Executive Director Brad Furlano.
