Hawthorne Caballeros Announce 2017 Drum Majors

The Hawthorne Caballeros are proud to announce their 2017 Drum Majors!

Joshua Jenkins will be returning for his second year as head drum major. “JJ” graduated from Ithaca College with his Bachelors in Music Education. He is currently the band director at Brooklawn Middle school in Parsippany, NJ and also teaches the Parsippany Hills High school Marching Band. Joshua has spent a great deal of time around drum corps – he has been a member of the Caballeros since 2008 while also marching two seasons with Carolina Crown in 2013 and 2014. During his time with Crown, he was a soloist, the recipient of the 27th Lancers Founders Scholarship, and DCI champion (2013 season).
