How To Build A Food Truck 101

Bill Speakman is not only a member of our Hall of Fame, a previous employee of Youth Education in the Arts, and a longtime volunteer with The Cadets, he’s also one of the driving forces behind the purchase and construction of our new food truck. We asked Bill a few questions on, well, exactly how do you build a food truck?

Q : What’s the first thing you had to plan for to construct a new food truck?
A : We started looking for an indoor location in Eastern PA or NJ, ideally heated, but not necessary. Preferably a place that can accept shipments during regular business hours, with power available.
