2017 Hawthorne Caballeros Host Successful Camp Weekend

It has been a while since there has been a news update on the 2017 campaign. Our December camp was snowed out, but that didn’t mean progress stopped! Brass and percussion members continued to receive instruction until everyone met again at North Warren Regional HS on 1/14-1/15.

Both brass and percussion sections continued to work through the 2017 show music (don’t worry, show announcement is coming — it’s all part of the plan!). In speaking with the executive team and caption heads, the corps made strides. The 2017 design team took into account the new approved rules for DCA and have applied them to the show concept (I want to attach pictures, but our website is going through updates).
