6th Annual Phantom Regiment Concert Band Festival This Weekend

The Phantom Regiment is excited to be hosting our sixth annual NIU Concert Band Festival at the beautiful Boutell Memorial Concert Hall on the campus of Northern Illinois University. This year’s festival has bee extended to two days – Friday, March 3th & Saturday, March 4th. This FREE event is open to the public. Come see 20 high school & middle schools perform, with three special performance from the NIU Wind Symphony.
