In The News – Fool’s Rush 5K And Fun Run For Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps

Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps is a nonprofit music education and performance group for youth ages 14 to 21. Based in Mobile, the corps (pronounced “core”) competes in the summer as an Open Class group through the umbrella of Drum Corps International. Southwind was originally founded in 1980 in Montgomery and previously won two international championships in their division. They are the reigning Southeastern Championship Open Class champions for 2015 and 2016.
