In The News – Drum Corps March To The Beat At Parade Of Champions

The Skyliners Drum and Bugle Corps blasted trumpets, pounded drums, twirled weapons and serenaded the crowd with electronic instruments at John Henzes/Veterans Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

The audience got to see all of that in a roughly 10-minute performance, but instructor Jeff Crawford described the synchronized routine enacted by about 85 musicians and dancers as the culmination of several months of practice and many long hours.
