In The News – Chicago Labor Law Firm To Investigate Sexual Misconduct Claims At Drum Corps Organization

A Chicago labor law firm has been hired to investigate allegations of sexual misconduct against the former CEO of Youth Education in the Arts, the parent organization of the Allentown Cadets drum and bugle corps.

The organization’s newly reconstituted board retained Franczek Radelet to do a “prompt, thorough and impartial investigation of the entire YEA organization,” it said in a statement. The board, it said, “has a fiduciary duty to stop sexual and workplace harassment before it occurs, and to take prompt remedial action upon learning of harassment allegations.”
