In The News – Drum And Bugle Corps Attracting Pittsburgh Area Students

When six drum and bugle corps take the field for competition June 28 at Moon Area High School Stadium, the Pittsburgh area will be well represented. Several local students will be among those performing and each is excited about being part of a highly competitive activity that draws worldwide participants.

Innovations in Brass: Pittsburgh, sponsored by the Bluecoats of Canton, Ohio, will begin at 7:30 p.m. The show was forced to relocate to Moon this year because of construction at Gateway’s stadium, where it was held for the previous five years.
