In The News – Kilties To Take ‘Recess’ In 2018, Including Fourth Fest Parade
The Kilties Drum & Bugle Corps is taking a break in 2018, according to David Pawlak, president of the Kilties Board of Directors, and that includes from the Fourth Fest parade.
The group, which started entertaining crowds in 1934, also took 2017 off from competitions due to a lack of funds, but remained active with performances and parades.
