Spirit Of 52 Starts New Competition Season

The show band “Spirit of 52” starts into the new competition season. This weekend is the first appearance in the calendar of musicians and dancers. It goes to the Dutch Middelburg, shares press officer Jennifer Beimbrink. There, the Showband will compete with several Dutch clubs and bring home a hopefully gratifying score.

“Our goal is to reach the final again this year,” says Showband Chairman Carsten Helms. Last year, the showband once again secured a place among the ten best show bands in Europe. At the European finals in Kerkrade, the Netherlands, the musicians and dancers scored the highest score in a finals appearance, finishing in seventh place.
