In The News – Reading Buccaneers’ Classic Will Feature Seven Drum & Bugle Corps Performances At Hempfield High School
Bill Powers remembers a time when central Pennsylvanians could attend several drum and bugle corps shows a summer.
The Lancaster Lions hosted an annual summer show at J.P. McCaskey High School, Powers remembers. There were the Hanover Lancers and York White Roses in York County, and occasional shows at Carlisle High School in Cumberland County.
