YEA! Launches Executive Director Search

Youth Education in the Arts (YEA!) seeks an enthusiastic, well-organized individual to serve as Executive Director, reporting to the Youth Education in the Arts Board of Directors.

YEA! is a non-profit organization based in Allentown, PA. Its programs allow thousands of talented performers to participate in pageantry events nationwide. Our mission is to support the development of young people into magnificent human beings through participation in the performing arts. YEA! programs include:

The Cadets – 10-Time World Champion Drum and Bugle Corps
Cadets² -2016 DCA World Champion Drum and Bugle Corps
Xcape Dance Studio – Hip-Hop Dance Company
USBands – The largest sanctioning body for scholastic music competitions in the United States.
