Brass Caption Head

Stathis Linardos is an original member of the Heat Wave Brass team. He began as a high brass technician and is now entering his third season as caption head. Stathis Linardos currently works as a music teacher at Calvary Christian High School. He has worked with the Calvary Christian High School Warrior Band as the drill writer and visual coordinator since its inaugural season in 2011. Stathis has worked with a variety of other high school bands as a consultant and technician. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in music education. During his time at the University he played in various ensembles and studied trumpet under Dr. Jay Coble. Stathis marched two seasons with the Teal Sound Drum and Bugle Corps (’09-’11). He currently resides in Clearwater, Florida.
