2019 Phantom Regiment Look Revealed
The 2019 Phantom Regiment Drum Corps is proud to take the field in Michael J. Cesario designed uniforms from Fred J Miller, Inc.
“Michael Cesario and the Fred J. Miller team have gone above and beyond to tell the ‘I Am Joan’ story through fabric and design,” said Program Coordinator, Will Pitts. “We can’t wait to see Phantom Regiment take the field!”
