Louisiana Stars Director Reflects On 2019 Season

With it being a month since the Louisiana Stars returned home from its most successful Drum Corps International Championship Week in corps history, I’ve taken some time to reflect on my first season as Corps Director and want to provide some highlights:

The 2019 season was definitely a season of change. The corps experienced a large period of transition as the former corps director, Darrel Comb, helped ease me in as corps director. I was excited and nervous to begin my new role and I’m thankful to have the corps directors that came before me help prepare me. I embarked on this new journey with Jeremi Edwards by my side as the Assistant Corps Director and I could not be more grateful to have him as a part of this corps.
