New Name, Same Mission: San Antonio Community Wind Ensemble

For the past few years, the south side of San Antonio has enjoyed music from the San Antonio Chamber Wind Ensemble (SACWE), sponsored by Crossmen Productions, Inc. and hosted by Texas A&M University, San Antonio. Beginning this season SACWE is changing its name to the San Antonio Community Wind Ensemble.

“This name change reflects our commitment to becoming more involved in the music and culture of this vibrant city, and we have many exciting new developments in the works,” said SACWE’s Musical Director Joseph Samuel.
