Rochester’s Empire Statesmen will head into next weekend’s Big Sounds in Motion contest in Reading PA with plenty of wind in their sails, following a second straight victory on August 19. Revolution topped a very successful 2006 season in Madison, Wisconsin, with a Division III silver medal by scoring an 83.950 at the Division II/III World Championship Finals competition presented by A.J. Wright. The corps also took top division honors for Best Brass and Best Visual Performance.

On the 8th October 1996 Phantom Knights was officially born. A small management committee had spent many days and nights preparing for the event, which was a quiet affair with over 40 girls and boys from Nuneaton, Coventry and Atherstone signing up for the first years membership.
