All Female Theater Show Announces Auditions, Tour Schedule
The Min-On Concert Association recently announced the creation of “Odyssey” an “All Female” performance group consisting of brass, percussion and color guard performers.
Woman auditioning should excel in the areas of musicianship, dance and athletics. Initial auditions will be conducted via submitted video with live call back auditions taking place in the Spring of 2008. Rehearsals will take place in California starting on the beginning of September through the first week of October 2008. The tour will take place throughout the country of Japan from October through December 17th 2008 and will include cities such as Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka.
The Music: A variety of musical styles performed with brass, percussion, keyboard & electronic instruments.
The Show: A Poetic Journey of Music and Motion through city streets, on a train, the ocean and in the sky.
