DCE Judging Panel To Judge IPE Events

Indoor Percussion Europe and Drum Corps Europe are proud to announce that they will enter a partnership. The DCE judging panel will judge at IPE events, starting next year.

"Indoor Percussion Europe is the counterpart of Drum Corps Europe", says DCE chairman Marcel Matthijsse. "IPE has the same European goals with indoor percussion as Drum Corps Europe has with drum corps. We are very much looking forward to working with IPE."

Erwin van Gemert of IPE is pleased with the new partnership. "DCE has a lot of talented people and experience that we can benefit from. We are looking for ways to make IPE and the European indoor percussion activity stronger, and we believe partnering with experienced people
like the DCE team is a great way to help us with that."

After the very successful first IPE Championships this year, IPE will run a complete competition season for the first time in 2009.
