Brooklyn United Announce 2010 Staff, Music

Brooklyn United has now entered its 5th year of reuniting old & new friends from the tri-state area. The corps is Directed by Tom Breen and assisted by Dee Burbulak & Russell O’Mara.

The instructors for the corps since it’s start are Wes Myers on percussion & Rich Red Wardlow on Brass. We have many advisors on board, Tommy Martin, John Screech Arietano to name a few & Bucky Swan who played a big part in getting this corps back on the map.

We continue with this project with rehearsals in Brooklyn, NY @ OLPH St Gerard’s Hall located at 5902 6th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11220 & we also host rehearsal at our NJ location at the Madison Elks, 192 Main st Madison, NJ 07940. We will be Co-sponsoring this years Great Alliance of Seniors taking place in Lancaster PA April 30th -May 2nd. We will also host the 5th Annual Music Under The Bridge stage show in October @ Kingsborough Community College Brooklyn, NY ( date to be announced).

We are seeking corps & individuals to donate their time to this event. Please contact Tom Breen @ 646-296-7238 if you’re interested in performing. We also seek a quartermaster for equipment transport for all scheduled events.
