2010 Shenandoah Sound DCA Recap

| |

During Labor Day Weekend in Rochester, New York, Shenandoah Sound Drum & Bugle Corps competed in the Drum Corps Associates World Championship competition. The Manassas Park drum & bugle corps finished 11th in its division, the corps’ most successful competitive finish in recent history. Shenandoah Sound was a popular corps at the championships because the group presented a crowd-appealing field show featuring the music of “South Pacific.” Several members of the corps also competed as soloists at the Individual and Ensemble Competition held in downtown Rochester. Shenandoah Sound would like to thank its members, staff, support staff, and sponsors for a great 2010 season. The corps will host an open house this winter in preparation for the 2011 competitive season. Shenandoah Sound is an all-age drum and bugle corps based in Manassas Park. The corps is the only drum corps in Virginia and is actively seeking new members of any age and ability level.
