The DCE Judges College for 2011 takes place this weekend. “Judges and trainees are traveling from Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Belgium and Italy to participate in the training event”, says DCE Adjudication manager Douglas Caldwell. The Troopers and their partners with the Wyoming High School All-State Marching Band held a press conference with Wyoming’s Governor Matt Mead and representatives from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. They announced that the marching band will be representing Wyoming in 2012 at the Parade.
