Cavaliers Remember Jesse Dungy

The Cavaliers recently learned of the passing of Jesse Dungy (76), who served as a dedicated volunteer since 2000. In addition to his love for The Cavaliers, Jesse was passionate about sports, including football and skiing, and he served as a U.S. Open tennis judge for 20 years.

“Jesse had a tremendous impact on the young men, fellow volunteers, and staff and management of the corps for over a decade,” said corps director and president Adolph DeGrauwe. “He helped guide new volunteers and was always there to lend a gentle, helping hand. Jesse’s spirit, tenacity, and passion are certainly going to be missed here at The Cavaliers.”
