Seattle Cascades Highlight Corps Fitness Program

The Seattle Cascades Fitness Program is designed to prepare members for a successful and safe season. First and foremost, the safety of our members is a primary goal and starts with injury prevention. This year, we’ve implemented physical screenings for all marching members in order to determine if there is a risk for potential injury and therefore train accordingly. With this data, future injuries will be tracked to further refine the fitness program.
