Following our competitive season premiere performance on Tuesday evening at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, the Jersey Surf souvenir merchandise trailer and the corps van towing it were involved in a motor vehicle accident early Wednesday morning in Newburg, MD. The Sacramento Mandarins Drum & Bugle Corps will host their 8th annual Drum Corps International (DCI) Capital Classic on Friday, July 5, at 7 p.m. at Monterey Trail High School. D.C. Everest Junior high played host to the fifth annual Northwoods Encore Drum and Bugle Corps competition Tuesday evening. The competition featured the groups competing as part of Drum Corps International. Each corps has a horn line, drum line, front ensemble and color guard. They groups can reach up to 150 members.
