Enjoy performances from some of the Midwest’s best high school marching bands at our 10th Annual Red & Black Fall Classic! Held at NIU’s Huskie Stadium, the competition includes bands from Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. 2019 marks Phantom Regiment’s 17th year hosting this annual marching band festival.
