Seattle Cascades Welcome Brian M. Smith As Corps Director

The Northwest Youth Music Association Board of Directors are thrilled to welcome Brian M. Smith as Corps Director of the Seattle Cascades Drum and Bugle Corps. Brian was most recently a member of the 2019 Seattle Cascades Administration team, acting as Assistant Tour Director.

Brian is no stranger to the marching arts community, having served on the Board of Gold Drum and Bugle Corps from San Diego, CA and as a marching member with Nite Express, Colts and Blue Knights. Brian is in his 21st year in management and is currently employed by Nike Inc. Brian has previously worked for Tommy Hilfiger, Gap Inc., Lacoste and Nordstrom. His extensive management experience is a key component toward achieving the goals of the Seattle Cascades as a World Class competitor while ensuring the long-term stability of our organization in the Pacific Northwest.
