What started as a dream for Reggie Dawkins eight years ago not only came to fruition but exceeded his expectations.
Winter Guard International (WGI), also known as United States’ premier competition circuit for indoor color guard, percussion and winds, recently awarded a $3,000 scholarship to the Belmont native for his outstanding skills as a color guard performer.
