Phantom Regiment Now Hiring: Development Director

Phantom Regiment (PR) is hiring a Development Director to be responsible for the creation, implementation, evaluation, and successful ongoing management of Phantom Regiment’s fundraising strategies and campaigns. The Director will develop and manage strategies for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of existing as well as prospective individual, foundation, and corporate donors. The Director will also manage and execute Phantom Regiment’s communications efforts that are aligned with PR’s annual program and fundraising goals. Ideal candidates will be experienced development professionals and passionate self-starters with the ability to work in a highly collegial manner with donors, PR alumni, volunteers, and staff.
