Spartans Mourn the Passing of Long Time Volunteer Richie Stover

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of a Spartan Legend, Richard Stover (Elizabeth) was a long time Bus and Truck driver for the Spartans. Known for a gruff demeanor but also a heart of gold, many generations of Spartans came to know “Richie” as a staple in our organization. More than anything, Richie took the responsibility of safe travel seriously. He looked over the equipment, made suggestions, spent his off days on tour studying maps to make sure we went the quickest, safest routes possible.
