African American Legacy Corps celebrates history, targets ’27 performance in Indy
With the support of Drum Corps International, the African American Legacy Corps is moving from idea to reality. The project, which is targeting a 2027 DCI World Championship Semifinals appearance, began as a series of conversations during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic.
