Troopers Announce Color Guard Team

The Troopers are pleased to announce the 2025 Color Guard Instructional Team under the leadership of Caption Head Dr. Chelsea Toner and Assistant Caption Head Casey McCoy.

We look forward to building upon the incredible success of last year’s color guard program as we head into 2025.
