In The News: CV Drum, Bugle Corps Gets Executive Director

This is the year the Chippewa Valley Drum and Bugle Corps Association is going to start making some noise.

Already the non-profit association has hired an executive director. Linda Knutson, an Eau Claire business owner, is working out of an office at 345 Frenette Drive in Chippewa Falls. She began her new job on Monday.

Audition camps for the revived corps will start late summer, said Dennis Heyde, an association board member. Those camps are tentatively set for the Chippewa Valley, Chicago and Minneapolis.
